摘要
分析了SIP协议及其呼叫控制的特点,讨论了基于SIP协议的视频会议系统,综合运用计算机网络技术、图像采集与处理技术、实时图像语音传输技术、数据库技术及医学专家系统,提出了一种基于SIP视频会议的远程医疗会诊系统实现方案,着重讨论了该系统的模型结构、远程医疗会诊基本业务及其实现.
The article analyzes SIP protocol and its calling -control characteristic, discusses the video conference system based on SIP, synthetically using the computer network technology, image acquisition and processing technologies, real- time image voice transmission technology, database technology and medicine expert system, we propose an implementation of the telemedicine consultation system based on SIP - video - conference, and discuss the structure of the system model and the realization of basic operation for the telemedicine consultation.
