摘要
双涡体涡街流量计,是将两个涡发生体沿来流方向顺序排列在流量计壳体中,迎流第一个涡发生体用来产生强烈的旋涡,其后第二个涡发生体与第一个涡发生体之间产生流体相互作用,达到增强、稳定旋涡的目的,并提供有效的检测方式和手段,同时使用压力传感器、温度传感器和MCS-8098单片机,对流体的密度因压力、温度变化而引起的测量误差进行自动补偿,从而提高了测量的准确度和重复性。
The main components of the double-eddy-generator vortex flowmeter are two eddy- generators placed sequentially in the flow direction. The first one is used to generate intertse eddies , the second to strengthen and stabilize the eddies through the interaction of fluid between two eddy-generators and provide an effective kind of measurement mode and method in the meantime. We introduce a singletchip-microprocessor of MCS -8098 into the research. The pressure sensor and temperature sensor are also introduced for the system to compensate automatically the measurement error produced by fluid density change caused by the change of pressure and temperature. So botih the accuracy and repeatabilit. in measurement are increased.
