一种高温相变蓄热电暖器的研制及其热性能测试 被引量:10

Research and Development of a High-temperature Phase Change Storage Electric Heater and Test of its Thermal Performance

摘要 本文介绍了一种新型的高温相变蓄热电暖器的研制。对该蓄热电暖器热性能进行了测试,结果表明该电暖器蓄热效率高,相变材料在相变阶段温度恒定且散热功率基本不变,热舒适性好;此种电暖器热性能与显热式蓄热电暖器比较具有明显的优势。因此,高温相变蓄热电暖器是一种理想的电采暖设备,可以实现对电网负荷削峰填谷、降低电采暖费用的目的。 In this paper, a novel high-temperature phase change storage electric heater and its research and development were presented. The thermal performance of the electric heater was tested. The results indicated that its heat storage ratio was high, the temperature and heat discharge rate were stable during the phase change period, lts thermal performance was better than the sensible storage heater. Therefore, the high-temperature phase change storage electric heater is an ideal electric heating appliance which could shift electricity from peak periods to off peak periods to provide significant economic benefit.
