摘要
目的:对我院抗菌药物的使用进行调查分析,为合理用药提供依据,并提出合理使用抗菌药物的建议。方法:随机抽查我院门、急诊处方7382张进行调查,统计分析了抗菌药物的使用率、药物种类及使用频率和联合用药情况,并进行合理性评价。结果:抗菌药物使用率为34.45%,涉及10个亚类38个品种,以单用抗菌药物为主,占83.88%。合理用药占92.25%。结论:我院抗菌药物使用情况基本合理,但仍需进一步提高。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the use of antibiotic drugs in our hospital so as to provide references for rational drug use and to put forward suggestions on the rational use of antibiotics. METHODS： 7 382 prescriptions sampled from the outpatient department and the emergency department of our hospital were subjected to statistical analysis regarding the rate of use, kinds, frequency of use and combined use of antibiotics, and an evaluation of rationality in the use of antibiotic drugs was performed as well. RESULTS： The rate of using antibiotics was 34.45 %, which involved 10 groups and 38 kinds, of which, 83.88 % were the use of single kind and 92.25 % were rational use. CONCLUSION： The application of antibiotics in our hospital was basically reasonable, while it remains to be further improved.
