摘要
W/W条款是关于保险责任起讫的一个条款,但这并不意味着货物只要在此期间发生了承保范围内的损失,保险人都应负责赔偿。在保险利益原则下,海运货物保险人的责任期限是否真为“仓至仓”,应视不同的贸易术语而定。
W/W clause is about a clause of the beginning and the end of insurance responsibility, but this does not mean so long as the goods are in ＂ware house to ware house ＂any stage gave cover for the losses in the range , the insurers should all be responsible for compensating. Under the insurance - interests principle, whether it is really ＂ware house to ware house＂ to transport the responsibility time limit of the goods insurer by sea, should depend on different trade terms.
