摘要
餐饮业是旅游业的重要相关产业之一,也是近年来拉动国内消费增长的主力军。随着经济和社会发展,资源瓶颈,环境污染等问题日益突出。为实现集约化和可持续发展的战略目标,发展绿色餐饮势在必行。而循环经济模式为发展绿色餐饮提供给了可行的选择。在循环经济模式下,通过清洁生产,建立绿色餐饮生态园区,倡导绿色消费,政府政策支持等为绿色餐饮经营提供现实的实现途径。
The restaurant service industry is one of the important relevant industries of tourism, which has made great contrtbution to the growth of domestic consumption. With the development of economy and society, such problems as shortage of resources and environmental pollution have arisen. In order to realize the goal of intensive and sustainable advancement, green food and beverage service is needed. The mode of circular economy provides an alternative for its development. Clean manufacture, constructing natural food service industry zone, advocating green consumption and government policy support are necessary for the development of the industry.
