摘要
此文给出了辣椒色素 HPLC 分析的最佳分离条件,并对国内外三种色素产品进行了分析,给出了定量分析数据.该方法对各种成份复杂的色素产品进行分离分析的适用性也作了讨论,得到的分析数据对研究色素成份,指导分离提取工艺参数的改进具有重要意义.
The paprika pigments as food additives was analyzed by HPLC.The separation con- ditions were optimized and 3 paprika pigments that produced by different methods and extracted from different paprika had been measured on these conditions.The suitability of the method for analysis of various natural pigments was discussed.The data obtained by this way were valuable in the study of the pigment ingredients and the optimization of extraction conditions.
