摘要
旅游业用地是从产业角度对土地利用性质进行理论上的划分,是指旅游业各要素赖以存在的土地依托。旅游业用地划分为旅游业直接用地、旅游业间接用地2个类型。可持续发展的旅游业与土地利用会形成良性互动,不可持续发展的旅游业与土地利用会形成恶性互动,提出了可持续旅游业用地的原则。介绍了昆明旅游业用地的现状,分析旅游业用地的特征;结合昆明旅游发展的战略,提出重点项目、旅游小镇、高尔夫球场、酒店设施用地建议和相应的保障措施。
The tourism land refers to the land type which is classified in a theoretical way from the view of tourism industry, it＇s the base for developing all elements of tourism. Tourism land is divided into two types,one named directly tourism land and the other indireet tourism land. Sustainable develop ment of tourism will eonduet a healthy mutual interaction with the land use. On the contrary,it will lead a vicious mutual interaction. Some principles are laid out for sustainable use of tourism land. Then the authors focus on the eity of Kunming,analyzing the characteristic of tourism land, giving suggestion on land use in prior tourism projects,tourism towns,golf grounds and hotels based on the strategy of tourism development in Kunming. Some rules are also mentioned at the end of the article.
