企业的发展,关键人才往往能为企业带来较多利润,从而推动企业的变革和发展。关键人才的数量和质量决定着企业的核心竞争力。如何运用行为科学中的双因素理论来激励企业中的关键人才,对企业发展至关重要。
Major talents are very important to the revolution and development of enterprises and they can bring more profits to enterprises as well. The number and quality of major talents can decide the core competitive ability of the enterprise. It is crucial for enterprises to know how to use the two- factor theory in behavioral science to motivate major talents in enterprises.
