摘要
本文报告我院用经颅多普勒超声(TCD)对90例高血压病人的脑血管进行检测分析,根据血流速度及频谱图象的改变分为三种类型:血流加速脑血管痉挛型、血流缓慢脑供血不足型及脑动脉硬化型,TCD检测异常率达96.67%,脑血管痉挛、脑供血不足组流速测值分别与正常组对照,P<0.01,均有非常显著性差异。
The paper reported the cerebrovascular condition of 90 cases of patients suffered from hypertension disease. According to the changes of blood flow rates and frequency spectrum, they were allocated into three types: blood flow acceleration complicated with cerebral ischemia and cerebral spasm , blood flow brady complicated with cerabral ischemia and cerabral arterial stenosis. The abnormal rate of TCD test was 96. 67% in hypertension patients. The blood flow rates of cerebral vascular spasm group and cerebral ischemia group were significantly lower than that of normal control group (p <0. 01).
