马铃薯脱毒及脱毒苗检测技术的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 马铃薯系无性繁殖作物,易受病毒的重复侵染而造成植株体内病毒积累,导致产量和品质下降。快速有效的脱毒方法可以获得无毒苗、提高产量和品质,本文介绍了马铃薯茎尖培养、热处理、热处理结合茎尖培养、化学处理等4种脱毒方法。另外还介绍了马铃薯脱毒苗的检测技术,如血清学方法、分子生物学等方法。 Potato is an asexually reproductive plant which is easy to be infected repeatedly by passing of virus pathogen, it could cause virus accumulating in potato, and then cause that the yield and quality of potato was reduced. The rapid and effective way of virus elimination is an important approach to acquire virus - free plants and improve yield and quality. Four methods of virus elimination including meristem - tip culture, heat treatment, heat treatment combined with meristem - tip culture, chemical treatment were introduced in this review. In addition, several technique of detecting virus - free potato, such as serology and molecular biology methods, were described.
