摘要
传统政府的内部组织结构已无法应对复杂多变的信息化社会需求,但在新的、科学的组织结构出现之前科层制仍将延续。然而政府信息化正促使科层组织结构发生不可逆转的变化,如网络化、虚拟化、扁平化等。组织结构的合理性是信息化实施成功的根本保障,对行政组织结构在信息化过程中的变革进行了研究,以期促进我国电子政务的健康发展。
The internal structure of traditional governments cannot deal with the complex and variable requirement of Society-Infomationization but still remains until a new and scientific structure emerges.However,irreversible changes to the government structure at all levels are currently promoted by the Govemment-lnfomationization,such as Networklization,virtualising,fiatmaking,etc.The rationality of government structures can ensure the success of government infomationization.This paper investigates the reformation of government structures in the infomationization process, so as to find a way properly promoting the development of domestic E-Governments.
