有限切开复位结合外固定治疗胫骨Pilon骨折

摘要 目的探讨采用有限切开复位内固定治疗开放性胫骨Pilon骨折的临床疗效。方法利用有限切开复位内固定联合外固定架治疗Pilon骨折型21例，男14例，女7例；年龄18～58岁，平均36．6岁；从踝关节功能评分和影像学两方面进行疗效评价。结果随访时间10～23个月，骨折愈合时间1．8～7个月，平均3．4个月。按Mazur等踝关节功能评分：优6例，良12例，可2例，差1例；优良率85．7％。结论采用有限切开复位内固定联合外固定架治疗粉碎和开放性胫骨Pilon骨折，能有效减少并发症和恢复良好的踝关节功能。
