噻唑生产工作场所中职业病危害因素的调查 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过对2-氨基-6-甲氧基苯并噻唑生产项目的调查,掌握该类化工项目工作场所职业病危害因素的种类、分布和浓度(强度)。为防治职业病危害的发生提供依据。方法通过踏勘现场,了解其生产工艺、防护设施、个人防护措施和职业卫生管理措施;按照工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范对工作场所存在的职业病危害因素进行检测和评价。结果工作场所空气中二氯乙烷的浓度(TWA)超标明显,其中噻唑合成操作工接触水平高出国家职业接触限值12倍,烘房操作工接触水平高出国家职业接触限值近2倍。结论该工作场所空气中二氯乙烷污染对作业工人的急性损害和慢性影响是肯定的。由于目前还没有对甲氧基苯基硫脲和2-氨基-6-甲氧基苯并噻唑两种有毒化学物质的国家职业接触限值,其危害程度尚待进一步探讨。 Objective By investigating 2 - amino - 6 - methoxybenzothiazole production, the kinds, distribution and concentration(intensity) of occupational hazard factors of this chemical industry workplace were mastered, and the basis for preventing and curing occupational hazards was provided. Methods By explorating the production process, safeguard, individual defending measure and occupational health management measure were understood; according to the sampling criterion of toxic substances in workplace air, the occupational hazard factors were examined and evaluated. Results The time weighted average concentration of dichloroethane in workplace air exceeded the occupational contacting limit dominantly,in which the contacting level of the operator of 2 - amino - 6 - methoxybenzothiazole synthesizing exceeded 12 times to the occupational contacting limit, and the drier room operator' s contacting level exceeded twice to the occupational contacting limit. Conclusion The acute damage and chronic effect of the dichloroethane in workplace air to the worker is affirmed. At present, the occupational contacting limit of 4 -Methoxyphenyhhiourea and 2 -Amino -6 -methoxybenzothiazole was not known, its'harmful level still need to be more discussed.
