摘要
目的探讨青光眼小梁切除术后早期并发症的预防与治疗。方法对136只眼行小梁切除术后最常见的并发症分析其原因及处理方法。结果小梁切除术后出现并发症,36眼,其中浅前房18眼(51.8%),前房积血3眼(8.3%),虹膜8眼(22.19%),脉络膜脱离1眼(4.9%),恶性青光眼2眼(5.5%),术后眼压未控制3眼(7.5%)。结论明确青光眼小梁切除术后常见的并发症的原因,采取有效措施积极处理,可以达到预防青光眼小梁切除术后并发症的目的。
Objective To explore prevention and treatment of complication after trabeculectomy. Methods Treatment of complication after trabeculectomy in 136 cases were summarized and analyzed. Results Shallow anterior chambers is common complication after trabeculectomy. The reason is the excessive aqueous drainage and the leak of conjunetiva. Conclusion We can decrease the rate of the complication by finding the reason of the complication after trabeculectomy and taking the measure to prevent and treat.
