摘要
社队企业是乡镇企业的前身,是新中国进入社会主义建设时期以后在农村出现的具有历史意义的新生事物。农业合作化时期,农村集体副业、手工业有了一定的发展,它们是中国社队企业兴起的基础。1958年人民公社化运动开始后,社队企业大规模出现。但由于“左”倾思潮的影响,社队企业一直步履维艰。直到改革开放以后,社队企业才开始快速发展,并为新时期的经济繁荣做出了巨大贡献。时至今日,社队企业已成为历史名词,但在新中国经济发展史上,社队企业的历史地位不容忘却。
Commune and brigade enterprises were the predecessors of township and village enterprises and new things of historical significance that appeared in the countryside after New China had entered the period of socialist construction. In the period of agricultural cooperation the collective sideline production and handicraft industry developed to some extent and laid the foundation for the rising of commune and brigade enterprises in China. After the people's commune movement started in 1958, commune and brigade enterprises came into being in large numbers. However, under the sway of 'Left' ideological trend, commune and brigade enterprises developed with great difficulties and at a very slow pace. It was only after the introduction of reform and opening-up that commune and brigade enterprises began to develop rapidly and made great contributions for the thriving economy in the new period. Commune and brigade enterprises are a thing of the past now, but in the history of economic development in New China, the historical position of commune and brigade enterprises cannot be erased.
