摘要
本文用二层规划方法对油田企业开发规划问题进行了研究,并建立了油田企业二层规划优化模型。文章给出了模型的"遗传算法+惩罚函数法"的求解步骤,并进行了实例分析。
The problems about developmental project of oilfield enterprises are studied by using bilevel programming method in this paper.An optimization model of bilevel programing is established for oilfield enterprises.The paper gives out the solution procedures of 'genetic algorithm plus penalty function 'method for the model and also case analysis.
