摘要
以1,3-二甲基-6-氮杂胸腺嘧啶(DMAT)为底物,研究其5,6位的C=N双键与丙酮C=O双键的光加成反应,从反应产物中分离出了用热化学方法难以合成的氮、氧杂环丁烷的衍生物及其它副产物。该文亦对反应机理作了初步探讨。
Photocycloaddition of C=O double bond of acetone to C=N double bond of 1, 3 dimethyl-6-azathymine has been studied. Derivative of azaoxacyclobutane which is not easily synthesized by thermochemistry method and other byproducts were obtained. The reaction mechanism has been proposed.
