摘要 油气田集输系统内壁的腐蚀严重影响正常生产,腐蚀因素复杂多变。但在实际生产中,一般采用单一方法对防腐蚀工艺进行监测和控制,尚无系统的整合方法对多参数的腐蚀进行监控。利用信息融合技术,可以对大量生产工艺参数、腐蚀性物理化学参数进行多级别、多方面、多层次处理,转化为单一信息,可高效、可靠地对腐蚀安全和防腐蚀效果进行监测和控制,还可控制采油生产和优化防腐蚀工艺,以保证安全生产,降低生产成本,提高经济效益。 Many sophisticated and multi - variable factors have a great impact on the corrosion of inner wall of oil & gas gathering and transportation pipeline system, which seriously affects the oil production, But in field production, single- factor corrosion protection approach is usually adopted to monitor and control the corrosion, and no effective or systematic means are available to monitor corrosion, Based on information integration technology, a large amount of production process parameters and corrosion physicochemlcal parameters can be processed at various levels and aspects and can be transformed into a single corrosion monitoring information, It can be used to effectively monitor the corrosion and performance of corrosion protection, control oil production and optimize anticorrosion process so as to secure the production, reduce production cost and improve economic benefits.
