油气田集输系统内壁的腐蚀严重影响正常生产,腐蚀因素复杂多变。但在实际生产中,一般采用单一方法对防腐蚀工艺进行监测和控制,尚无系统的整合方法对多参数的腐蚀进行监控。利用信息融合技术,可以对大量生产工艺参数、腐蚀性物理化学参数进行多级别、多方面、多层次处理,转化为单一信息,可高效、可靠地对腐蚀安全和防腐蚀效果进行监测和控制,还可控制采油生产和优化防腐蚀工艺,以保证安全生产,降低生产成本,提高经济效益。
