摘要
作为一种无损检测手段,声脉冲检测技术已被广泛应用于产品质量测试中,但是在工农业应用环境下,脉冲信号常常会被周围的噪声所干扰。尝试利用独立成分分析(ICA)和主动噪声控制技术(ANC)来降低这些干扰。在ICA方法中,将被测样本所激发的声脉冲响应、以及干扰噪声作为两个独立成分(IC),进行了分离实验;对于ANC系统,由于待抵消噪声中含有有用信号(声脉冲),所以该系统是一种特殊的、具有信噪比处理增益的有选择性噪声控制系统。文中分别对ICA和ANC技术做了简要介绍,并进行了声学实验,实验表明这两种方法都有较好的应用前景,同时也各有优缺点。
As a non-destructive way, acoustic impulse test technique has been widely used to do product quality test. But in the industrial and agricultural application environment, the impulse signals are always disturbed by surrounding noises. In order to reduce these disturbances, the following two kinds of methods are proposed in this paper: one is the independent component analysis (ICA) technique; the other is active noise control (ANC) technique. In ICA, the acoustic impulse response and disturbance noises are thought as two ICs; the experiment system and results are introduced finally. On the other hand, as a special ANC system proposed in the paper, it is a selective attention noise control system and it has system SNR processing benefit because the useful acoustic impulse response signals are mixed in the useless noises~ which are whished to be cancelled completely. This paper introduces the principles of ICA and ANC separately and the acoustic experiment, which shows that both methods have better perspective for this application, but have some disadvantages at the same time.
