摘要
以4120SG柴油机为研究对象,提出基于激光测振的表面振动法测量柴油机辐射噪声。重点讨论了结构辐射系数的确定及其影响因素,提出了不同结构部件计算辐射系数的方法。利用表面振动法计算了柴油机主要部件的声功率,识别了主要噪声源。通过与噪声测量结果的对比,验证了方法的准确性。
The laser vibrometer based on the surface vibration for measuring and analyzing the radiating noise of the 4120SG diesel engine is proposed. The emphasis is focused on how to decide the radiaring coefficient and the influencing parameters. The different methods for calculating the radiating coefficient of various components are proposed. The sound power levels of the main components are calculated by using the surface vibration signals and the main noise sources are identified. The results calculated using the surface vibration signals is verified by the noise measurement results, and the correctness and the accuracy of the method are confirmed.
