摘要
目的观察中西医结合方法治疗糜烂型扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法将52例糜烂型扁平苔藓患者分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采用醋酸强的松龙局部治疗,治疗组加服清热化瘀解毒汤。结果治疗组在治疗成功率、停药后复发率以及T细胞亚群指标改善方面优于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗糜烂型扁平苔藓疗效好,副作用小,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of the therapies integrated Chinese and Western medicine on erosive lichen planus. Method All 52 cases of erosive lichen planus were divided into the treatment group and control group. Two groups were all given local treatment with metacortandralone acetate and the treatment group was also given Qingrehuayujiedu Decoction. Result The successful rate, recurrent rate after stopping the treatment and the index of T-cell sub group in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. The difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapy integrated Chinese and Western medicine has good effects and less side effects, which is safe and effective.
