Ontology model of human resource information in enterprise based on OCL

摘要 在对企业人力资源信息进行本体论建模的基础上引入OCL约束,一方面消除了单纯使用本体描述语言时存在的不足,弥补了本体论建模时可能存在的属性不一致或是不相容的现象,而且通过扩充OCL约束集,采用一阶二元谓词的描述转换,实现了对企业人力资源领域状态的动态转移的描述,最终形成了对企业人力资源信息的静态和动态的形式化描述。 Based on the ontology model,we introduce the OCL restriction.For one thing,it can eliminate the semantic conflict which is brought by different culture background and organizational diversity;on the other hand,it can form the static and the dynamic descriptions for the human resource information of enterprise.
