摘要
用常规石蜡切片技术研究了晚籽银桂的胚和胚乳的发育过程。结果表明,晚籽银桂的胚胎发生类型为柳叶菜型。卵细胞受精后,合子经过一段时间休眠,于10月下旬进行分裂,经棒形胚、球形胚、心形胚、鱼雷胚,至果实成熟时发育为子叶胚。心形胚时期,胚柄最为发达。晚籽银桂的胚乳发育类型为细胞型。初生胚乳核先于合子分裂,胚乳细胞分裂较快,胚周围的胚乳细胞有降解现象。
The development process of embryo and endosperm of Osmanthus fragrans ＂Wanziyingui＂ was observed by means of traditional paraffin wax sections. The following results were obtained ： The development of embryo was of ongrad type.After undergoing a rest period, the zygote embarked on its first division, which took place at the later October,then the club-shaped, the globular embryo, the heart-shaped embryo and the fish torpedo-shape embryo, the cotyledon-shaped was developed before the fruit became ripe. At the heart-shaped embryo stage, the suspensor was well developed. The endosperm development of Osmanthus fragrans ＂Wanziyingui＂ was cellular type. The primary endosperm nucleus division was often prior to zygote, and it divided quickly. The endosperm cells surrounding the embryo were disintegrated during the development of embryo.
