摘要
宁波文化产业的发展在全国处于前列,但是宁波的领先地位主要是以数量形成的,不仅与宁波经济发展水平相比文化产业的发展速度滞后,与国内先进城市相比差距也是明显的。主要表现在文化产业规模小、结构不合理、效益低、科技含量低。为此,宁波文化产业的发展应在制度改革、科技创新、结构调整、人才培养、完善和落实政策法规等方面采取有力的措施。
At present, Ningbo＇ s culture industry development is ranked among the most advanced in China. However, its leading position lies in its large quantity. It is not only rather relatively backward compared with Ningbo＇ s advanced economic development, but also falls far behind that in other developed cities. The gap mainly lies in its small scale, unreasonable structure, low efficiency and low technology ingredients. As a result, effective measures should be taken regarding institutinal reform, technological innovation, restructuring, talents training, should take the advantageous measures on the aspects of the system reform, technology innovation, structure regulation, personnel training, policies and decrees improvement and enacting, etc. , to promote the development of Ningbo＇ s cultural industry.
