葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征13例临床分析 被引量：4

摘要 葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征（staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome，SSSS）曾称为新生儿剥脱性皮炎，主要发生在婴幼儿。该病由特殊类型金黄色葡萄球菌引起，临床特征为急骤起病，常伴发热，表皮坏死松解为弥漫性红斑，触痛明显．多伴松弛性大疱，尼氏征阳性，表皮大片剥脱。如诊断及时，治疗得当，可取得痊愈。其预后大多良好。现将我科2004年1月至2006年6月所收治的13例病例报告如下。
