摘要
推导并给出了线性非平衡系统的内变量涨落的均方差公式，给出了稳定性条件、讨论了相应的均方差、熵平衡方程以及弛豫时间等热力学参量之间的关系。
The mean square error formula about the internal variable fluctuating of the linear non-equilibrium system is derived and founded, and the conditions of the stableness is given. The related relations among the mean square error, the entropy equilibrium equation,the relax time and other thermal mechanics variables are also discussed.
