摘要
本文简述了筒状棉针织物冷轧堆染色法的主要问题。通过对国产活性染料进行筛选，配以自制的高效匀染剂，研究制定出了筒状棉针织物冷轧堆染色工艺；在经局部改造的冷轧堆设备上大试生产表明，不仅染色效果优于常规工艺，而且还可节能、节约染化料。
This paper gives a brief account of the basic principles of cold pad-batch reactive dyeing and great efforts to screen reactive dyes made in Our country. Through research,we have laid down some of dyeing technological requirements and its recipes suitable for the dyeing of cold pad-batch technological reactive dyes for tubular cotton knitted goods.This method not only produces better dyeing effect than common technology, hilt also reduces dyes by more than 37. 5%
