摘要
全面提高档案管理人员的素质，不仅是新形势下高校发展的客观要求，也是高校档案管理队伍自身建设的内在要求。本文从政治素质、职业道德素质、业务素质三方面论述了档案管理人员应具备的素质。
Enhancing of the overall strength of the quality of archive management affair not only the demand of objective situation, but also the inside demand of itself construction. In this paper, from the three respects, discussed the political qualities and political abilities, professional virtue and qualification and the qualities of the archive management affairs in college.
