Special flavour oil,especially scallion flavour oil, can′t bear storage for a long time. If sugar or salt is added to the special flavour oil, the effect of antioxidizer will be obvious. And reducing the increasing margin of peroxide value may be compared favourably with antioxidizer V E and may even be better than V E.
