介绍2024铝合金及其气滑铸造特点,研究熔体净化、铸造速度、冷却强度、空气压力、润滑油供给量等参数对熔铸工艺及铸锭表面质量的影响,确定2024铝合金气滑铸造工艺参数。
The specialties of 2024 aluminum alloy and air - cushion casting are introduced. The influences of melt cleaning, casting speed, cooling water speed, air pressure and lubncating oil on the casting process and surface quality of 2024 aluminum alloy ingot have been experimentally investigated, and the process parameters of air- cushion continuous casting of 2024 aluminum alloy are determined.
