摘要
研究了应用电感耦合高频等离子体测定人发中的微量元素。采用标准样与试样组分匹配的方法消除基体元素的影响。分析准确度和精密度较好,加料回收率为86—121%,相对标准偏差为2.5—8.3%。
A method for determination of 9 trace elements in hairs has been proposed by ICP-AES with desolvation. The matrix interferences can be eliminated by using matrix match of standard samples with analysed samples. The recoveries of 9 impurities are within 86-121%and the RSD are within 2.5-8.3%.
