摘要
针对当前农宅建设中普遍存在的问题,提出节地、节能、省钱、灵活设计及走低技术之路等五项原则,以期农宅建设能够走出以往频繁翻建的怪圈,使新农村建设走向可持续发展的道路。
In light of the problems common existed in current rural housing construction,this paper proposes five principles as land saving,energy saving,saving money,flexible design and taking the low technological road,in order to lead rural housing construction out of the strange cycle of frequently reconstruction and to make new rural construction take the road of sustainable development.
