摘要
GA799-Ⅰ型毛巾剑杆织机是通过电磁离合器的吸合与分离形成间歇式卷取来改变纬密,针对该机构易造成毛巾缎纹部分长度与设计长度不符,纬密也易偏离设计要求的缺陷,采用链条传动和齿轮传动控制卷取的方式对该机型的送经机构进行改进,解决了毛巾剑杆织机中存在的缎纹部分长度与纬密不稳定的技术难题,使缎纹长度设计范围从原来的30~50 mm增加到300~500 mm,为生产同类产品提供了理论依据.
Towel rapier loom GA799- Ⅰand association of electromagnetic clutch and the weft density are not coincident the design solves the technical problem, to 300 ~ 500 mm. This design provides same kind. changes weft density by intermittent take-up formed from separation . But the defects of GA799- 1 are such that the length of satin section with the design parameters. By using chain driving and gear driving, and changes the design of the length of satin section from 30 ~ 50 mm a theoretical basis for those enterprises manufacturing products of the same kind.
