摘要
通过现代设计语言阐释民族服饰文化内涵的符号,从服装符号学的角度分析民族服饰形态的符号学观念,剖析民族服饰中符号的来源和寓意,从图腾、纹样、色彩、款式、材质等方面论述中国民族服饰的符号特征。并将民族服饰的符号学规律加以归纳汇总,以服饰符号为载体识别每个民族的特征,为了解民族文化符号传达的寓意和把握中国民族文化的精神内涵,将民族文化元素合理地运用于现代设计之中奠定理论基础。
The origin and implied meanings of signs of Chinese nationality trappings are elucidated through explaining their cultural intension with modem language and analyzing their forms and concepts from the viewpoint of semiology, and symbolic signs are discussed in terms of totem, pattern, color, style and material, summing up the roles of the semiology of the nationality trappings. Therefore, through a sign on the trappings people may get understandings of the character of a nationality, the implied meaning it conferred, grasp the spirit and intension of Chinese national culture, and lay a theoretical basis for rational application of the elements of national culture to modem design.
