摘要
焦虑是影响学生外语学习效果的一个重要情感因素。本文分析了焦虑对外语学习的影响及可能产生焦虑的原因,并在此基础上提出减轻和克服学生焦虑、提高英语学习效果的策略和方法。
Anxiety is an important affective factor influencing English learning performance. This article,based upon the analyses of factors which lead to one's anxiety,oilers some strategies to overcome or reduce Chinese students' English learning anxiety, which have been proved to be effective in practice.
