摘要
大学生就业难是今后相当长一个时期必须面对的社会问题,本文在分析当前河北省大学生就业难点的基础上,提出解决河北省大学生就业难的根本出路在于把大学生就业与河北省地方经济建设结合起来,与建设环渤海经济圈结合起来,与河北的新农村建设结合起来,要为大学生搭建广泛的就业信息平台,提供切实可行的服务,同时高校应把职业生涯教育贯穿到整个大学阶段,使学生能够做到了解社会、认识自我、准确定位、理性就业。
The low employment rate of college graduates is a social problem that we have to face in a long period. The only way out to solve it is to combine the employment of college graduates with the building of the new village movement, the development of the Bohai Sea ring economic zone, and the local economic development of Hebei Province. For these reasons, we should build a wide range em- ployment information platform for the students and provide them with practical service. Meanwhile, colleges should combine career education throughout the students＇ learning process, so as to enable them to understand the society,to know themselves, and to have the right assessment and a rational career target.
