摘要
近几年来,亚太地区和全球的政治、经济形势都发生了巨大的变化,APEC自身在发展中也遇到了前所未有的挑战。虽然中国在APEC机制中不能算是驱动力,但是中国却可以利用这个重要的多边平台,讨论共同关心的问题。而且随着中国经济实力的不断增长,中国在APEC中的影响也日益增强。
Political and economic situations have changed greatly in Asian and Pacific region as well as in the world in recent years, and the development of APEC also encounters unpresendented challenges. China can utilise this as an important multi-literal stage to discuss the generally-concerned issues, although China can not be a driving force in the APEC mechanism. China will exert stronger influence on APEC with its ever-growing economy.
