摘要
基于DEA理论,提出了一种新的评价模型,主要用于只有投入性指标没有产出性指标或者只有产出性指标而没有投入性指标的评价问题,算例表明这种评价模型具有方法简单有效、评价结果可靠等特点,拓宽了DEA理论和方法的应用范围,也提高了DEA的理论价值和实用价值。
On the basis of DEA theory,this paper puts forward a new evaluating model which can be mainly used in the evaluation problems with input index only without output index or output index only without input index.An actual example indicates that this model has many good characteristics,such as simplicity of the method and reliability of results.The model expanded the application range of DEA theory and method,and also improved the theoretic and practical values of DEA.
