摘要
介绍了轮胎压力直接监测系统的硬件组成及软件设计方法。阐述了基于德国英飞凌公司SP12最新传感器的轮胎监测模块设计方案和基于TDK5201接收器的中心机接收模块的设计方案,并给出了模块硬件电路以及相关程序框图、通信协议和算法。该系统可随时测量每个轮胎内部的实际温度、压力、轮胎加速度和电池电压,确定故障轮胎并及时报警,有效避免事故的发生。该系统在低功耗、收发距离与可靠性方面具有明显的优势。
Hardware constitution and software design method of the direct tire pressure monitoring system are introduced. The design concepts of the newest INFENEON SP12 sensor based tire pressure monitoring module and the TDK5201 receiver based receiving module are described, and hardware circuits and relative programs flowcharts, communication protocols and algorithms are given. The system can measure the tire's interior temperature, pressure, acceleration of tire and voltage of battery at anytime, and can also indicate the malfunctioned tire and alarm at real time, and then accident can be effectively avoided. In this system, the superiority is obvious in low power consumption, distance of receiving and transmitting and reliability.
