摘要
冷轧平整机生产中速度升降时伸长率变化太大,严重影响带钢质量。针对具体生产状况,从计算模型和系统结构上分析,对轧制过程中的伸长率跳变问题进行了研究,找出了发生问题的主要原因。试验表明,系统调整后速度升降时伸长率的跳变减少,只有原来的95%。
When the rolling speed be increasing and decreasing sharply, a problem of elongation changing greatly occurred in the production of cold flat rolling of Baosteel, which badly influenced the band quality. Based upon the real flat rolling condition, the problems of computer control system were analyzed, including the model, algorithms, system framework etc. After the main reasons of elongation changing in flat rolling were found and some adjustments to the computer control system were made, the above -mentioned problems have been solved. Experimental results show that the elongation change has been decreased to 95 % compared with the original figure.
