67例恶性脊髓压迫症临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 脊髓压迫症（spinal cord compression，SCC）是指脊椎或椎管内占位性病变引起的脊髓、脊神经根及供应脊髓的血管受压迫。造成脊髓功能障碍的临床综合征。因恶性肿瘤（转移或原发）引起的脊髓压迫称为恶性脊髓压迫症（malignant spinal cord compression，MSCC）。其特点是起病急，病程短，发展迅速，妞得不到及时的诊治，常发生不可逆的神经损害（截瘫，大小便困难），严重影响患者的生活质量。本文对2002年-2006年我院收治的67例MSCC患者的诊治情况进行回顾性分析。
