摘要
目的:探讨应用颊粘膜进行前鼻孔膜性闭锁瘢痕切除后的移植修复技术。方法:对6例前鼻孔膜性闭锁患者,在全身麻醉下取口腔颊粘膜瓣,鼻内窥镜下切除前鼻孔瘢痕组织,创面缝合固定颊粘膜瓣,置入硅胶扩张管,用丝线缝合固定于鼻翼。术后1周拆线,2周取出扩张管。结果:6例患者术后随诊0.5～1.5年,术腔愈合良好无狭窄。结论:鼻内窥镜下颊粘膜移植治疗前鼻孔膜性闭锁适用于鼻阈或鼻腔粘膜部分闭锁或狭窄,组织愈合良好,不需长期扩张管压迫,对面部美观无影响,是一种简便易行、安全有效的手术方法。
Objective：To investigate the characteristics and clinical applications of buccal mucosa transplantation and stent after cicatrectomy in anterior nostril atresia.Methods：Six patients （4 males,2 females,age range d from 5 to 11,mean age 7.1 years）with atresia of anterior nostril were studied.Under general anesthesia,after cicatrectomy buccal mucosa flap was sutured to the nasal wound,then silica-gel dilating tube was placed and fixed to the nasal alar. Post-operation,1 week later stitches were removed,2 weeks later silica-gel dilating tube was removed.Results：All patients were followed up 6 to 18 months post-operatively and the graft healed well.Conclusion：The approach of operation can be applied to mucous membrane atresia or stenosis of deeper nasal cavity.This method need not a long term dilatation and not affected facial appearance.The approach of operation is convenient,safe and efficient.
