摘要
用压电传感器-控制阴极电位电解法直接测定铜和锌。在5×10^(-7)—1×10^(-4)mol/L浓度范围内,晶体频移与浓度成正比。一次分析时间5—10min,方法用于铜锌合金中钢、锌的快速测定。
Copper and zin(?) are determ-ined by electrodepositi-on using a piezoelectric quartz crystal as sensor.Copper is deposited at pH 5.0 from a solution containing 1 mmol/L hydroxylamine sulphate and 0.5mmol / L NaF. while zin(?) at pH5.8 from a solution containing 1mmol/ L hydroxylamine sulphate, 0.05 mmol/ L NaF, 0.1 mmol / L phenanthroline and thiourea. The frequency shift of the crystal is proprotional to the metal concentration over the range of 0.5 to 0.1 mmol/L. The method is applied to the determination of Cu and Zn in zinc alloys.
