摘要
起重电磁铁在自动控制系统中是执行元件,其特点是钢铁料负载是磁路的组成部分,负载的可变性随机性,给电磁铁的设计与控制准确性带来一定困难。本文沿用等值工作气隙理论,从电、磁、力转化和铁芯损耗着手,列出静传递函数框图,推出起重电磁铁电磁放大系数。
The lifting electro -magnet is an actuating member in automatic control system. It features that iron and steel material load is the constituting part of the magnetic path. Variability and random nature create certain difficulties for the design of the electro -magnet and control accuracy. This article,by using equivalent working air gap theory .starting from electric,magnetic and force change and iron core consumption,derives static transfer function block diagram and electro -magnetic amplifing factor of lifting electro -magnet.
