摘要
部分农村小水电基础薄弱,存在只重视生产而忽视安全等方面的问题,安全隐患颇多。本文阐述了农村水电安全监察工作的重要性,并结合自己的管理经验,向读者提出安全管理的几点建议,以供参考。
Parts of the rural small hydropower foundation are unsubstantial and with some problems of only paying attention to producing but neglecting the safety which lead to much more hidden troubles of safety. This article is to expound the importance of the rural hydropower safety superving work, by uniting the writer＇s own management experiences, advance some suggestion of safety management as the reference for readers.
