摘要
近些年莱芜市组织实施了全市河道综合治理工程,建造了很多拦蓄水工程,为低水头水力资源开发提供了保障。本文结合莱芜市大中型水库及河道治理的这一特点,较为系统地论证了开发低水头小水电的水能资源计算与方案可行性及有关设计、施工技术问题,为类似工程的建设提供借鉴经验。
Recent years, Laiwu City has organised and carried out the overall city riverway comprehensive treatment project, and built many water impounded works, which provided the guarantee for the exploitation of low water head resources. By uniting the characteristic of the treatment of large ＆ middle reservoir and riverway, this article amply demonstrates the water energy resources calculation of low water head developing, the feasibility of the plan and the technical issues of designing and constructing, which can provide the reference experiences for the similar works.
