摘要
轴流式水轮机叶片是复杂雕塑面体,通过对叶片型面特点分析,利用叶片木模图数据,结合三次NURBS曲线造型理论,采用UG中NURBS曲线实体建模方法,对轴流式水轮机叶片进行几何造型,为叶片精密加工提供了数字化模型。并为改善叶片加工效率,提高叶片加工精度和加工质量奠定了基础。
Blade of axial flowing turbine is a sculptural surface. By analyzing the characteristics of the blade surface, using the data of wood - mould blades, combining theories of thrice NURBS curves and adopting UG modeling methods based on NURBS curves, the geometric modeling of the blade has been made. It provides numerical model for the exact manufacture of the blade, improves machining efficiency and enhances precision and quality of blades.
