摘要
提出了在温焓图上分析带有中间传热介质的热回收系统的方法。针对某公司乙烯装置的裂解热回收系统,采用该方法从能量的“数量”和“质量”上进行分析。分析结果显示,现行热回收系统传热温差大,能量匹配不合理。据此,提出了增设第二急冷锅炉和过热器的改进方案。改造后可多生产123.4 t/h的超高压蒸汽,节约操作费用2 142万元/年。
A new method using T-H diagram is introduced to analyze the energy recovery system with intermediate medium. The recovery system of the crack-reaction energy is analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively in an ethylene plant. The result shows that in the existing recovery system heat transfer temperature differences are large, and the hot stream is improperly matched with cold streams in the existing recovery system, A modified scheme with the second high-pressure steam drum and heat exchanger is designed to produce more steam, The modified system can produce more 123.4 t/h super-pressure steam. An operation cost of 21.42 million yuan per year is saved.
