燃料可燃组分变化对BC/IGCC燃气轮机燃烧室效率的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过对生物质气、煤气及不同比例生物质气和煤气混合气体组成可燃成分对B/IGCC(或BC/IGCC)燃气轮机燃烧室效率影响的计算,定性地分析了燃料可燃组分对燃烧室效率的影响规律。结果表明:生物质燃料气比高、中、低热值煤气在燃烧室中的效率都高;燃料组分的相对含量对效率的影响程度较大,当H2体积百分含量在某一范围内时,燃料组分中CO的相对含量对燃烧室效率的影响程度比H2的影响大,在相同体积百分含S量条件下,CO在燃烧室中的效率比CH4高,在燃气轮机初温的提高受限的条件下,将含C量相同的燃料转化为CO气体比转化为CH4更有利于提高燃烧室效率。 The exergy efficiency of combustion chamber of different contents of fuel components is investigated. The biomass gas, coal gas and different ratio mixture of biomass and coal gas are used as samples. The influence rule is quantitatively analyzed. The study shows that the exergy efficiency of biomass is higher than that of coal gas. The relative contents of fuels components affect more to exergy efficiency than calorific value of fuel. When the content of H2 is in a certain range, the exergy efficiency of the same content of CO is higher than that of CH4. The conclusion is obtained that is more effective to transfer the furl with equal C content into CO than CH4.
